The stone-effect non-stick coating provides an even surface that helps prevent food from sticking and supports easy release. The 28 cm diameter gives a practical cooking area for family-sized portions or larger single-pan meals. The pan's construction aims to offer even heat distribution for consistent frying and browning. The smooth interior finish reduces residue build-up and shortens cleaning time, while the handle is designed for comfortable grip and safe manoeuvring during stovetop use.

Suitable for

• Frying eggs and omelettes
• Sautéing vegetables and mushrooms
• Cooking fish fillets and small cuts of meat
• Preparing one-pot or single-pan meals for 2–4 people

Key specifications

• Interior finish: stone-effect non-stick coating
• Intended use: stovetop frying and sautéing
• Suitable cookware tasks: low to medium-high heat frying
• Care: designed for easy cleaning and maintenance

How to use

Preheat the empty pan briefly over low to medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to achieve more even cooking. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. Cook on the recommended heat range; avoid prolonged exposure to very high heat which can shorten the coating's lifespan. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing. Handwashing with warm soapy water is recommended to preserve the stone-effect non-stick finish.

Recommendations

For longer coating life, avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads. Use moderate amounts of oil when needed and store the pan without stacking heavy items on the cooking surface to prevent scratches.
