Paistinpannu Salter BW070361EU7 24 cm Megastone tarttumaton pinnoite

Salter Megastone 24 cm round cake pan with a solid fixed base designed to promote even baking of sponge cakes, chocolate cakes, pies and cheesecakes. The pan is made from carbon steel with a speckled grey Megastone finish and features a PFOA-free non-stick coating for easier food release and cleaning. Oven safe up to 220°C and sized for typical home baking needs.

Advantages

The carbon steel construction provides strength and durability while the solid fixed base helps the bottom of baked goods cook evenly. The tough, PFOA-free non-stick coating reduces sticking and simplifies release and washing. A raised edge enhances handling and stability when placing or removing the pan from the oven. The Megastone speckled finish offers a consistent appearance with other pieces in the collection.

How to use

Preheat the oven to the required temperature (not exceeding 220°C). Grease the pan lightly if desired despite the non-stick coating, then place batter or filling into the centre of the pan. Position the pan on a middle oven shelf for even heat distribution and remove using oven mitts when baking is complete. Allow the pan to cool before attempting to release or serve the baked product to avoid warping and to protect the coating.

Recommendations

To preserve the non-stick surface and extend the life of the pan, avoid using metal utensils and abrasive scourers. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; do not use the dishwasher. Do not heat the empty pan to very high temperatures beyond the specified oven limit.
