Pakkausnauha Tesa 4104, läpinäkyvä PVC, vahva tartunta, 30 mm x 66 m

Tesa 4104 transparent PVC packing tape is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 30 mm wide and 66 m long designed for sealing cartons, parcels and packages. The tape features a clear backing and a solvent-free adhesive formulated for high initial tack and reliable bonding to common packaging materials such as corrugated board, paper and some plastics. It is suitable for manual application or use with standard hand-held tape dispensers in warehouses, e-commerce packing stations and shipping departments.

Advantages

The tape provides strong initial adhesion that secures cartons quickly and reduces the risk of accidental opening during handling and transit. Its transparent PVC backing gives a neat appearance and allows labels or printing on the box to remain visible. The solvent-free adhesive minimizes odour and complies with usual indoor handling requirements. The 30 mm width offers a balance between coverage and economy, while the 66 m roll length reduces the need for frequent roll changes.

Suitable for

• Sealing standard corrugated boxes and cardboard cartons
• E-commerce order packing and parcel preparation
• Use with hand-held tape dispensers for faster application
• General shipping and storage where a transparent finish is preferred

Key specifications

• Backing material: transparent PVC
• Adhesive type: solvent-free pressure-sensitive adhesive with high initial tack
• Width: 30 mm
• Length per roll: 66 m
• Typical application: manual or dispenser-applied carton sealing

How to use

Ensure the surface to be sealed is clean, dry and free of dust or grease. Pull the tape from the roll and apply it across the carton joint or flap, pressing firmly to create full contact between adhesive and substrate. For repetitive packing, use a compatible hand-held dispenser to control tension and cut the tape neatly. When sealing heavier packages, apply two parallel strips or reinforce corners as needed to achieve the required security.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve adhesive performance. For best results, apply the tape at room temperature and allow adequate pressure during application for optimum bond strength. Test adhesion on non-standard or coated substrates before large-scale use.
