How to use

Place the sortation station on a stable surface or mount it according to the mounting options available for the model. Assign each compartment to a person, department or document category, and label compartments as needed for quick recognition. Insert envelopes, documents or small items into the open-front compartments; retrieve items by sliding them out from the front. Regularly check for accumulated items to prevent overflow and maintain clear labeling to ensure efficient sorting.

Recommendations

For best results, group frequently accessed compartments within easy reach and use clear, durable labels. Avoid overfilling compartments with bulky objects; reserve the unit for paper items and small parts within the slot dimensions to maintain easy access and prevent deformation.
