How to use

Turn the printer off or follow the manufacturer's guidance for safe replacement. Remove the old or damaged paper tray by pulling it straight out from the printer chassis. Insert the replacement paper tray into the same slot, ensuring it seats fully and the paper guides are adjusted to the paper size you plan to use. Load paper into the cassette up to the marked capacity, align the guides to prevent skewing, then slide the tray back into the printer and power the device on. Verify paper size and feed settings in the printer menu if required.

Recommendations

Use standard plain paper of recommended weight for best feeding performance. Keep the tray and paper path free of dust and debris, avoid overfilling the cassette, and store spare trays flat in a dry environment to prevent warping. If repeated misfeeds persist after replacement, consult the printer manual for additional maintenance steps or contact technical support.
