Recommendations

Use good-quality, uncurled paper stored in a dry, dust-free environment to avoid paper jams. Do not overload the cassette beyond the recommended 550-sheet capacity and align sheets evenly before insertion. Periodically inspect the tray guides and feed rollers for dust or debris and clean according to Ricoh maintenance instructions to maintain reliable feeding performance.
