Paperileikkuri Dahle 554 2 mm 20 arkkia

Professional rotary trimmer DAHLE 554 designed for daily use with a 72 cm cutting length. The trimmer cuts up to 2 mm thickness or approximately 20 sheets (depending on paper type) and features a stable metal base with non-slip rubber feet and rear feet for upright storage. The unit includes two scale bars, helpful format lines with millimetre divisions along the cutting edge, an adjustable backstop and automatic clamping on the cutting line for quick and precise alignment of material.

Advantages

The double guide bar and a self-sharpening steel rotary blade enclosed in an ergonomic safety cutting head ensure absolutely accurate, durable cuts. The ground lower blade of hardened steel maintains cutting quality over time while the automatic clamp holds material firmly. The compact but sturdy design (about 5.2 kg) and rear feet allow space-saving storage.

How to use

Place the trimmer on a stable surface and ensure the non-slip feet are in contact with the table. Lift the rotary cutting head and position the material against the adjustable backstop. Use the format lines and scale bars to align the cut precisely, then activate the automatic clamp to secure the material. Slide the rotary cutting head along the double guide bar to complete the cut in a single smooth motion. After use, store the trimmer upright on its rear feet to save space.

Recommendations

For best results, check paper stack thickness before cutting and avoid exceeding the 2 mm capacity. Keep the rotary blade head clean and free of debris; replace blades or service only with DAHLE-approved parts to maintain safety and cutting quality.
