Paperiset takataskut MAILmedia C5 itseliimautuva valkoinen 351290 (C5-asiakirjoille)

MAILmedia C5 paper back pockets (self-adhesive white) are designed to hold and display C5-format documents on parcels, envelopes and other shipping containers. The thin paper backing and clear front allow invoices, delivery notes or instruction sheets to remain visible and protected from dirt and moisture during handling. These pockets attach quickly with the pre-applied adhesive strip and are suitable for temporary or semi-permanent application where easy reading and protection of paperwork is required.

Advantages

Self-adhesive paper back pockets provide a low-profile and cost-effective way to secure paperwork without additional envelopes or clips. Their white paper backing gives a neat appearance while the transparent front keeps documents legible. The adhesive backing adheres to a wide range of surfaces used in shipping and logistics, simplifying packing processes and reducing the risk of lost paperwork.

Suitable for

• Attaching invoices and packing lists to parcels and boxes
• Securing delivery notes on envelopes and mailers
• Displaying assembly or handling instructions on shipments
• Temporary document attachment for returns and exchanges

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: C5 documents
• Material: paper backing with transparent front
• Adhesive type: self-adhesive strip for quick application
• Colour: white backing with clear front
• Intended use: internal or external attachment to packages and envelopes

How to use

Peel the protective liner from the adhesive area, position the pocket on a clean, dry surface of the parcel or envelope and press firmly along the edges to ensure full contact. Insert the C5 document through the open edge or slot and smooth the transparent cover to remove air pockets. For best results, apply at room temperature and avoid adhesion to dusty, wet or heavily textured surfaces.

Recommendations

Store the paper back pockets flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For secure long-term attachment on rough or greasy surfaces, consider using additional fastening methods; for standard shipping and logistics tasks, the self-adhesive backing provides reliable short- to medium-term adhesion.
