Paristo Varta 4720 LONGLIFE Max Power Mono D 1,5 V – ensisijainen D-kenno

Varta 4720 LONGLIFE Max Power Mono D 1.5V is a primary D-size alkaline battery engineered to deliver stable 1.5V power for a wide range of portable devices. This single-cell battery is intended for applications that demand sustained output and reliable performance over extended periods, including high-drain and everyday equipment. Its chemistry and construction focus on providing consistent voltage and shelf life suitable for both household and professional use.

Advantages

The Varta LONGLIFE Max Power Mono D battery offers stable voltage and long operational life compared with standard cells of the same format. It is designed to perform well in high-drain devices while also remaining effective in low-drain applications, providing predictable power delivery for torches, radios, toys and portable appliances. The cell is manufactured to meet consistent quality and safety standards, reducing the risk of leakage when used and stored according to instructions.

Suitable for

• Flashlights and torches
• Portable radios and audio equipment
• Children's toys and electronic games
• Battery-powered tools and camping equipment
• Household appliances requiring D-size cells

Key specifications

• Cell type: primary alkaline D-size (cylindrical)
• Nominal voltage: 1.5 V
• Designed for long service life in high- and low-drain devices
• Typical shelf life: long storage stability under recommended conditions
• Operating temperature range suitable for everyday indoor and many outdoor uses

How to use

Install the battery in the device following the polarity markings (+ and −). Ensure contacts are clean and free of corrosion before insertion. Use only one cell where a single D-size battery is specified, or replace all batteries in a multi-cell device with the same type and age to maintain balanced performance. Remove batteries from equipment if the device will not be used for an extended period to minimize the risk of leakage.

Recommendations

Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not expose to open flame or attempt to recharge non-rechargeable alkaline cells. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and recycling programs to reduce environmental impact.
