Patchkabel helos 263788 RJ-45 M–M 25 cm S/FTP Cat 6a

helos 263788 is a 25 cm patch cable with RJ-45 male-to-male connectors designed to meet Cat 6a S/FTP specifications. The cable features a foil and braid shielding combined with copper conductors and a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) jacket; it is halogen-free and includes a strain relief boot and length marking for easy identification. This compact green patch cable is intended for short interconnections where Cat 6a performance and reduced electromagnetic interference are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction (shielded foil with braided drain) and gold‑plated RJ-45 contacts improve signal integrity and lower crosstalk and external interference. A halogen‑free TPE jacket and an integrated strain relief sleeve increase safety and mechanical durability. The 25 cm length and compact design make the cable convenient for dense rack, patch panel and switch environments.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in server racks and patch panels
• Interlinks between network switches and uplink ports
• Workstation to wall outlet or desk side connections
• Environments requiring Cat 6a performance and reduced interference

Key specifications

• Type: Patch cable, Cat 6a
• Length: 25 cm
• Connectors: RJ-45 (male) to RJ-45 (male)
• Shielding: S/FTP (foiled pairs with overall braid)
• Conductor: Copper, 8 wires / 4 pairs, AWG 27
• Jacket material: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), halogen‑free
• Plated contacts: Gold
• Manufacturer: helos, MPN 263788, EAN 4005938637881

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 male connector into the source device (switch, patch panel or network outlet) and the other RJ-45 male connector into the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the strain relief boot is not obstructing the socket. Use the 25 cm length for short, tidy connections in racks or between closely located devices to avoid cable slack and maintain orderly cabling.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks; maintain the cable bend radius recommended for Cat 6a cables. Keep the cable away from heavy power cables or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Verify that connected equipment supports Cat 6a speeds when used in high‑performance network segments.
