Patchkabel helos Ultra Flex S/FTP Cat 6a TPE harmaa 0,5 m

helos Ultra Flex S/FTP Cat 6a patch cable, 0.5 m, gray. This shielded patch cable features S/FTP construction with individually shielded pairs and an overall foil shield, a flexible TPE jacket and 8 copper conductors (4 pairs) in AWG 27. It is designed to deliver Cat 6a performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and short, reliable connections between patch panels, switches and workstations.

Advantages

The cable offers S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, a TPE outer jacket for increased flexibility and durability, halogen-free materials and gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance and signal transmission. A strain-relief boot protects the connector and a length marking on the jacket simplifies identification.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in server rooms and data cabinets
• Connections between switches, patch panels and routers
• Workstation and desktop networking
• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links within the specified Cat 6a range

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports of your network devices (switch, patch panel, router or workstation). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use the cable for short links where Cat 6a performance is required; avoid sharp bends beyond the cable's bend radius and route the cable away from high-power electrical lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this helos Ultra Flex S/FTP Cat 6a cable for short patching runs (0.5 m) inside racks and between nearby devices. Maintain gentle bends, avoid mechanical strain on the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources. Confirm device compatibility with Cat 6a for 10 Gbps operation.
