PC-kotelo Silverstone GD09B-C HTPC musta

The Silverstone GD09B-C HTPC case is a compact black enclosure designed to integrate desktop-class components into a home entertainment environment. It accepts ATX and PS2-style power supplies and supports SSI CEB, ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards. With external dimensions of 440mm width, 358mm depth and 170mm height and a total weight of 4.2 kg, the chassis balances a low-profile footprint with internal capacity for standard desktop hardware. The case is constructed from steel, plastic and aluminium and comes fitted with one 120mm side fan while allowing installation of additional 80mm and 120mm fans to maintain airflow.

Advantages

The GD09B-C combines HTPC-friendly dimensions with compatibility for full-size ATX components, enabling powerful systems in a slim cabinet. The pre-installed 120mm side fan and support for extra fans provide flexible cooling options. Its aluminium, steel and plastic construction offers a balance between rigidity and weight, and the black finish is designed to blend with typical AV furniture.

How to use

Install the chosen compatible motherboard (SSI CEB, ATX or Micro-ATX) onto the interior standoffs, secure an ATX or PS2 power supply in the designated bay, and route cables to optimize airflow. Mount up to two 3.5" drives in the available bays and attach any additional 80mm or 120mm fans to the supported locations to supplement the included 120mm side fan. Use the front USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port for high-speed external storage or peripherals. Ensure components and cooling clearances fit within the 440 × 358 × 170 mm envelope before final assembly.

Recommendations

For balanced noise and temperature performance in a living-room environment, pair the included 120mm side fan with a single additional 120mm intake or exhaust fan and use a low-RPM fan profile. Choose a slim ATX or PS2 power supply if rack or shelf depth is limited, and mount storage drives in the 3.5" bays closest to airflow paths to improve cooling.
