PCI-E 3.0 x16 riser-kaapeli 22 cm — BitsPower BP-PCIE220

BitsPower BP-PCIE220 is a PCI-E 3.0 x16 riser cable with a 22 cm length designed to extend and reposition a PCI Express x16 slot. The cable preserves PCIe 3.0 signal compatibility while allowing flexible placement of a graphics card or other x16 expansion card inside compact, custom or non-standard PC cases. Its 22 cm length provides additional clearance for tight builds and enables alternative mounting orientations without modifying the motherboard or chassis.

Advantages

The riser cable supports full PCI-E 3.0 x16 bandwidth and is built to maintain signal integrity over the 22 cm distance, enabling stable data transfer for GPUs and expansion cards. Flexible routing enables improved airflow and easier cable management in small-form-factor or custom enclosures. The slim cable profile reduces interference with adjacent components and helps achieve non-standard card placements while preserving mechanical compatibility with standard PCIe x16 connectors.

Suitable for

• Small-form-factor PC builds where vertical or offset GPU mounting is required
• Custom cases and open test benches that need flexible card positioning
• Systems requiring additional clearance between the motherboard and GPU
• Upgrades or repairs where motherboard access is limited

Key specifications

• Interface: PCI Express 3.0 x16
• Length: 22 cm
• Connector type: PCIe x16 male to PCIe x16 female (riser configuration)
• Compatibility: Designed for PCIe x16 expansion cards such as graphics cards
• Cable profile: slim, flexible design for routing in confined spaces

How to use

Install the BP-PCIE220 by firmly seating the riser cable's male connector into the motherboard's PCI-E x16 slot and attaching the expansion card to the female end, ensuring the card is securely fastened to the case or mounting bracket. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it clear of fans, heat sinks and other heat sources. Confirm the card is recognized in the system BIOS or operating system and that drivers are up to date. If the case uses vertical mounting brackets, align the card and bracket before tightening screws to prevent stress on connectors.

Recommendations

For best results, maintain gentle cable curvature, avoid kinking, and ensure connectors are fully seated. Use in systems and with cards that support PCIe 3.0 to match the cable's signal specification. When installing high-power graphics cards, verify the case provides adequate cooling and that the card's power cables are reachable without straining the riser cable.
