Peltinen jatkoteline Grandview BKM-2012A, teräsrakenne

Sheet metal extension bracket Grandview BKM-2012A, steel construction is a rigid mounting component made from formed sheet steel designed to extend or reinforce fittings and equipment. The bracket provides a straight-forward structural solution for installations that need additional reach, a stable mounting platform or improved load distribution. Its steel construction is intended for environments where strength and dimensional stability are priorities.

Advantages

The sheet steel design offers high tensile strength and resistance to deformation under load. The bracket’s simple geometry enables easy alignment and attachment to compatible surfaces and fixtures. Because it is a single-piece formed construction, it reduces the number of fasteners and assembly steps required. The material choice supports welding, bolting or riveting depending on installation needs.

Suitable for

• Extending the reach of wall-mounted or frame-mounted equipment
• Providing reinforcement for light to medium load assemblies
• Creating mounting points for sensors, control boxes or conduit
• Industrial shelving, ductwork or cable tray supports where a compact bracket is required

Key specifications

• Material: formed sheet steel for structural rigidity and durability
• Construction: single-piece extension bracket suitable for welding or bolting
• Finish: untreated or factory-applied protective coating depending on supplier options
• Load characteristics: designed for light to medium mechanical loads in typical mounting scenarios
• Compatibility: intended for use with standard fasteners and mounting hardware in industrial and commercial settings

How to use

Position the extension bracket to align mounting holes or surfaces with the equipment and the supporting structure. Secure the bracket using appropriate fasteners or welds for the application; ensure fastener grade and size match the load requirements. Check alignment with a level or measuring tools before final tightening. If the bracket has a protective finish, avoid damaging the coating during installation; where required, touch-up paint or corrosion protection can be applied after mounting.

Recommendations

Select fasteners and welding parameters according to the load and environmental conditions. For outdoor or corrosive environments, use a compatible protective coating or stainless steel fasteners to extend service life. Verify load limits for the specific installation and avoid exceeding recommended mechanical loads.
