Pistokelisäke Harting 09200042734 — yksiosainen teollinen suorakaidelisäke

Harting 09200042734 is a single-piece industrial rectangular insert designed to serve as the internal contact carrier within Harting rectangular connectors. Intended for use in enclosures and housings, the insert supports mechanical and electrical termination of cable assemblies and mating housings. It is suitable for repair, replacement or reconfiguration of existing Harting connector assemblies where a compatible single-piece insert is required.

Advantages

The single-piece design simplifies installation and reduces assembly time by combining multiple contact positions into one molded unit. Built to meet industrial requirements, the insert provides consistent contact alignment and mechanical stability within rectangular connector shells. Its form factor allows straightforward interchangeability in compatible Harting housings while preserving electrical continuity and reliable mating performance.

Suitable for

• Replacement of damaged or worn connector inserts in Harting rectangular connectors
• Repair and maintenance of industrial equipment wiring harnesses
• Reconfiguration of connector assemblies during system upgrades
• Installation inside enclosures and panels that accept Harting rectangular inserts

Key specifications

• Single-piece molded insert for rectangular industrial connectors
• Designed for multiple contact positions within a unified carrier
• Compatible with Harting rectangular connector housings and shells
• Provides mechanical support and electrical contact alignment
• Sized for straightforward insertion and secure mating in compatible enclosures

How to use

Ensure the connector shell and mating surface are compatible and free of debris before installation. Align the insert with the housing openings and press it into the shell until it seats fully and uniformly. Verify that contacts align correctly with mating plug or cable terminations and that any latching or locking features engage. For replacement, remove the old insert following the connector manufacturer’s recommended procedure, then install the new insert and test continuity and mechanical retention.

Recommendations

Use the insert only in housings and connector shells specified to accept this type of single-piece rectangular carrier. Perform electrical and mechanical checks after installation and during maintenance intervals. Avoid excessive force during insertion or removal to prevent damage to contact areas or the housing. If contact or alignment issues are detected, inspect for debris or deformation and replace the insert if necessary.
