Pistorasia CEE 7/3 Jung A 1520 BFKL ANM — antrasiitti, IP44, 250 V 16 A, termoplasti

Jung A 1520 BFKL ANM is a CEE 7/3 socket-outlet designed for 250 V, 16 A electrical circuits. The device features an anthracite thermoplastic housing and provides IP44 protection against splashes and moisture, making it suitable for indoor installations and sheltered outdoor locations where a standard 16 A European socket with basic ingress protection is required. The socket has a hinged lid with a spring and screwless terminals that accept conductors up to 2.5 mm².

Advantages

The anthracite thermoplastic enclosure combines resistance to environmental exposure with a neutral, unobtrusive appearance suitable for a variety of interiors. IP44 protection reduces the risk of water ingress in damp or splash-prone areas. The hinged lid with spring ensures the outlet is covered when not in use and allows for quick access. Screwless terminals simplify wiring and reduce installation time by accommodating solid and stranded conductors up to 2.5 mm² without the need for screws.

How to use

Mount the socket into a compatible enclosure or flush box according to local electrical regulations and the manufacturer’s mounting guidelines. Ensure the supply is isolated before connecting conductors. Insert conductors into the screwless terminals and secure them following the device’s connection method; check that conductors are properly seated and that polarity and earth connection are correct. After wiring, fit the cover and test the outlet with appropriate test equipment prior to commissioning.

Recommendations

Use the socket in dry or sheltered conditions where IP44 protection is sufficient. Avoid direct exposure to heavy rain or immersion. For external installations with higher exposure, choose a product with a higher ingress protection rating. Periodically inspect the hinged lid and terminal connections for signs of wear or loosening and replace the device if damage is present.
