The Bosch T 101 D Clean for Wood jigsaw blade is designed for clean, straight cuts in wood materials such as chipboard, fibreboard, softwood and wood core plywood. Made from high carbon steel (HCS) with an overall length of 100 mm, the blade features a large progressive tooth pitch (4.0–5.2 mm) for efficient cutting of wooden workpieces with thicknesses from 10 to 45 mm. How to use

Fit the T 101 D blade into a compatible jigsaw with a T-shank holder following the jigsaw manufacturer's instructions and ensure the blade is securely locked. Use steady feed and appropriate jigsaw speed for the wood type and thickness; lower speeds for cleaner finishes on thin or delicate panels, higher speeds for faster cuts in thicker softwood. Support the workpiece to minimise vibration and keep the cut line straight.

Recommendations

For best results, use this blade on non-abrasive wood materials and avoid cutting materials containing nails, screws or heavy abrasives. Replace the blade when cut quality decreases or if teeth become damaged.
