Pneumaattinen pikaliitin 3M Rectus 25 1/4 tuuman ulkokierre — 3M

3M Rectus 25 stecknippel (male quick connector) with a 1/4"-AG thread is a pneumatic coupling component designed for compressed-air systems. It provides a threaded male connection compatible with Rectus 25-series fittings, enabling fast and reliable attachment of hoses, fittings and pneumatic tools. The component is intended for use where a secure, pressure-resistant threaded male connector is required in workshops, service vehicles or industrial air lines.

Advantages

The connector delivers a compact, robust threaded connection that simplifies hose and tool changes while maintaining tight seal integrity under typical workshop air pressure ranges. It is manufactured to fit Rectus 25 interfaces, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of quick-release couplings and minimizing leakage risks. The 1/4"-AG thread offers a standardized mechanical attachment for retrenching vibration effects and preserving alignment during operation.

How to use

Ensure the air supply is depressurized before installation. Thread the 1/4"-AG male connector into the corresponding female threaded port or adapter and hand-tighten to align, then use an appropriate wrench to secure the connection without over-tightening. After installation, connect the Rectus 25 female coupling by pushing it onto the stecknippel until it locks. Check for leaks at operating pressure using a soap solution or leak detector and tighten if necessary. For removal, depressurize the line, unlock the female coupling and unscrew the connector if required.

Recommendations

Use compatible Rectus 25 female couplings and hoses rated for the system pressure. Regularly inspect seals and threaded joints for wear or contamination, and replace the connector if signs of corrosion, thread damage, or persistent leakage occur. Follow the compressed-air system manufacturer’s guidelines for maximum working pressure and maintenance intervals.
