Poljinsarja Simagic S303 Load Cell 100kg Hall-anturi P1000

The Simagic S303 pedal set with a 100 kg load cell and Hall effect sensors is a precision sim racing pedal assembly designed to deliver accurate brake force measurement and consistent position sensing. This pedal set combines a load cell for force-based braking input and Hall sensors for throttle and clutch axes, providing repeatable, low-drift signals for realistic control. Built for compatibility with standard rigs and Simagic systems, the S303 supports a range of home and competitive sim racing setups.

Advantages

The S303 pedal set provides high-resolution brake feedback through a 100 kg load cell that measures pressure rather than displacement, improving modulation and consistency during braking. Hall effect sensors on the throttle and clutch axes offer long-term reliability and low maintenance compared with potentiometers. The assembly is engineered for stable mounting to typical sim rigs and produces clean, low-noise output suitable for precise input processing by compatible control systems.

Suitable for

• Home sim racing rigs for hobbyists seeking improved brake feel
• Competitive sim racers requiring repeatable pedal input
• Driver training simulators that need force-based brake sensing
• Upgrading existing pedal sets for better durability and precision

Key specifications

• Brake sensor: 100 kg load cell providing force-based measurement
• Throttle and clutch sensors: Hall effect position sensing for low-drift response
• Construction: metal pedal arms and robust mounting plate compatible with common sim rigs
• Signal output: stable, low-noise analog or digital-compatible signals for integration with Simagic systems
• Adjustability: pedal spacing and pedal angle adjustable to suit individual ergonomics

How to use

Mount the Simagic S303 pedal set securely to a compatible sim rig using the provided bolt pattern and ensure the unit is fixed to prevent movement during use. Connect the pedal wiring to a compatible Simagic interface or supported control unit following the manufacturer’s pinout and grounding recommendations. Calibrate the load cell and Hall sensors within your simulator software or control firmware to set dead zones, travel range, and force curves. Adjust pedal angles and spacing to achieve comfortable foot positioning and consistent contact with the load cell for reliable brake measurements.

Recommendations

For consistent brake feel, periodically check mounting fasteners for tightness and ensure the load cell area is free from debris. Use software calibration tools to set linearity and travel endpoints, and allow a short warm-up or recalibration if the pedals are transported or experience significant temperature change.
