Pölypussi Makita 162988-3 pölynimuriin, tilavuus 50 L

Replacement dust collection bag Makita 162988-3 is a disposable 50 L dust collection solution designed for use with compatible Makita dust extraction systems. The bag captures dust and debris produced during sanding, sawing and general construction work, helping to reduce airborne particulates and simplify waste removal. It serves as a practical containment option for workshop or job-site use where a large-capacity, single-use dust bag is needed.

Advantages

The 50 L capacity provides extended collection time and reduces the frequency of bag changes during prolonged tasks. Constructed to fit Makita-compatible dust extraction ports, the bag offers a straightforward installation and removal workflow. By containing fine dust and larger debris, it helps maintain cleaner work areas and contributes to safer breathing conditions when combined with proper extraction equipment and personal protective equipment.

Suitable for

• Sanding and finishing operations that generate large volumes of dust
• Sawing and cutting wood, drywall or composite materials
• Construction and renovation sites requiring easy waste handling
• Workshops and mobile job sites where disposable containment is preferred

Key specifications

• Capacity: 50 liters
• Type: Disposable dust collection bag
• Compatibility: For use with compatible Makita dust extraction systems and units designed for external dust bags
• Material: Dust-retentive paper or composite filter material suitable for general construction dust (single-use)

How to use

Before use, ensure the dust extractor is switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Install the bag by aligning the bag inlet with the extractor’s dust port and securing it according to the extractor manufacturer’s instructions until it is seated and sealed. During operation, monitor bag fill level and replace the bag when capacity is reached or airflow is noticeably reduced. To remove, switch off and unplug the extractor, detach the filled bag carefully to avoid spilling dust, and dispose of it in accordance with local waste regulations.

Recommendations

For best results, use the bag with compatible Makita dust extractors sized for external dust bags and follow the extractor’s filter and maintenance schedule. Wear appropriate respiratory protection when handling dusty materials and when replacing full bags. Store unused bags in a dry area away from direct moisture to preserve material integrity.
