Pora Bosch SDS plus-7X 6,5 mm 215 mm

The Bosch EXPERT SDS plus-7X Hammer Bit is a rotary-hammer drill accessory designed for drilling into concrete, reinforced concrete and hard stone. This version has a 6.5 mm diameter and a total length of 215 mm. The bit features a full-carbide 4-cutter head manufactured from a single piece of carbide and a reinforced tip connection using Bosch welding technology to improve durability and reduce breakage during impact.

Advantages

The full-carbide 4-cutter head resists jamming in rebar and delivers stable cutting performance. Bosch Carbide Technology at the tip and a reinforced welded connection extend service life up to three times compared with standard drill bits. The single-piece carbide head eliminates weak points and provides consistent drilling through cured and hardened concrete and hard natural stone.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in reinforced concrete for fixings and installations
• Cured and hardened concrete
• Hard natural stone such as granite and gneiss
• Use with SDS plus rotary hammer drills

How to use

Insert the SDS plus shank into the rotary hammer chuck until it locks. Select the hammer-drilling mode on the tool and position the bit at the marked drilling point. Apply steady forward pressure and let the tool and the full-carbide head do the work; avoid excessive side pressure. Periodically withdraw the bit to remove dust and debris for efficient cutting and to reduce heat build-up. Replace the bit if visible wear or damage appears at the carbide head or shank.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask). For reinforced concrete, use progressive drilling and cooling intervals for prolonged bit life. Ensure the rotary hammer is suitable for SDS plus accessories and for the material thickness and reinforcement you are drilling into.
