Primera - Disc Publisher DP-4202 DVD – kaksi CD/DVD-poltinta ja tulostinta; 2x 50 levyn kapasiteetti

Managing high-volume disc production in-house often means juggling separate burners, printers, and manual handling—slow, error-prone, and labour-intensive. The PRIMERA Disc Publisher DP-4202 solves this by combining two high-speed DVD/CD burners and a high-resolution inkjet printer into one automated system. Load up to 100 discs (50 input, 50 output), start a job, and the integrated robotic arm handles the rest: burning, printing, and moving discs without supervision. Ideal for small businesses, schools, churches, and media producers who need professional-looking discs in short runs.

Who is it for

This system is perfect for anyone producing custom CDs or DVDs regularly—software distributors, video producers, photographers delivering digital proofs, event organisers creating branded discs, or IT departments archiving data. If you need more than a few discs at a time but don't want to outsource duplication, the DP-4202 gives you in-house control with consistent quality.

Tips

For best results, use high-quality printable-surface discs compatible with inkjet printing. Keep the printer nozzles clean by running a maintenance cycle if the unit sits idle for more than a few days. When producing dual-layer DVDs, allow extra time for burning and verify discs after duplication to ensure data integrity. The included software lets you design labels with photos, text, and graphics—use templates to maintain brand consistency across batches.
