Puhdistuskortit Safescan 137-0745 setelintunnistimille, huoltopakkaus

Cleaning Cards Safescan 137-0745 for banknote detectors, pack for maintenance are pre-prepared maintenance cards intended to keep Safescan banknote detectors functioning reliably. The cards remove dust, dirt and residue from sensors and transport paths, helping to maintain detection accuracy and reduce the risk of misreads. Designed for periodic use, these cleaning cards support uninterrupted operation in cashier points, offices and other environments where banknote handling is frequent.

Advantages

These cleaning cards are designed specifically to match the dimensions and transport characteristics of Safescan banknote detectors, allowing thorough cleaning of sensor panes and transport rollers without disassembly. The pre-treated surface captures fine particles and residues left by circulating banknotes, which helps preserve sensor sensitivity and lowers the need for repair. The single-use, non-abrasive material reduces the chance of mechanical damage while delivering consistent cleaning performance.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance of Safescan banknote detectors
• Retail cashier points and checkout counters
• Bank branches and currency handling areas
• Offices and back-office cash processing

Key specifications

• Type: pre-treated cleaning cards for banknote transport and sensors
• Compatibility: designed for use with Safescan banknote detectors
• Material: non-abrasive, lint-free cleaning surface
• Packaging: maintenance pack containing multiple single-use cards
• Function: removes dust, dirt and residue from sensor panes and transport paths

How to use

Turn off the banknote detector or follow the device manufacturer’s safety instructions before cleaning. Insert a cleaning card into the banknote feed path in the same manner as a banknote and run the cleaning cycle according to the detector’s user manual or by powering the unit to advance the card through the transport system. Repeat as needed with fresh cards until sensors and transport surfaces are free of visible residue. Dispose of used cards after a single use and do not attempt to wash or reuse them.

Recommendations

For best results, perform cleaning at regular intervals depending on usage intensity: weekly in high-traffic environments and monthly in lower-traffic settings. Avoid using excessive force when inserting cards and follow the banknote detector’s maintenance instructions to prevent damage. Store cleaning cards in a dry, dust-free place and replace cards if the cleaning surface becomes contaminated prior to use.
