Puhelinkaapeli Helos 014864 50 m musta

The Helos 014864 50 m Black telephone cable provides a 50-metre run of insulated conductor pairs in a black sheath suitable for telephone and low-speed data connections. Designed for straightforward in-premise wiring, this cable offers a continuous length to reduce the need for intermediate joins and maintain consistent signal integrity across typical home and office telephone installations.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a long 50 m length with a compact black jacket that blends into most interiors. Its construction is intended to support clear analogue voice signals and simple device connections while reducing the frequency of splices. The single continuous length simplifies routing along skirting, behind furniture or through conduit and helps preserve consistent performance over time.

Suitable for

• Connecting landline telephones within homes
• Telephone extensions and PBX handset lines in small offices
• Low-speed signalling between communication devices
• Permanent or temporary in-room telephone wiring runs

Key specifications

• Length: 50 m
• Colour: Black
• Type: Telephone cable for analogue and low-speed connections
• Form: Insulated conductor pairs in an outer jacket suitable for indoor routing

How to use

Plan the cable route to minimize bends and avoid sharp corners. Cut the required length from the 50 m reel and strip the outer jacket and individual conductors carefully to expose the conductors for termination. Terminate conductors to telephone connectors, wall plates or punch-down blocks according to the wiring standard used in your installation. Secure the cable along runways with appropriate clips or ties and avoid tight staples or excessive tension that could damage the conductors.

Recommendations

For reliable voice quality, keep the cable away from high-voltage power runs and large electrical equipment. When installing in offices, label both ends of the cable after termination to simplify future maintenance. For any installation requiring run lengths beyond 50 m or higher data rates, select a cable type rated for the specific signalling or network standard.
