Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks BS70002-2 2 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS70002-2 is a 2-meter telephone cable designed to connect devices with a TAE-F socket to equipment using an RJ-45 jack. Its construction provides a stable signal path for voice communications over short distances. The cable’s black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for home or office environments where a compact, unobtrusive connection is required.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a TAE-F connector and an RJ-45 connector in a 2 m length to bridge legacy telephone sockets and modern telephony equipment. Durable insulation reduces the risk of signal degradation and physical wear. The straightforward design simplifies installation and helps maintain clear voice transmission without complex adapters or converters.

Suitable for

• Connecting a telephone with a TAE-F plug to devices or patch panels with an RJ-45 jack
• Home telephone setups where a short, reliable lead is required
• Small office telephone installations and desk connections
• Temporary connections during equipment reconfiguration or testing

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 meters
• Connector A: TAE-F
• Connector B: RJ-45
• Outer jacket color: black
• Intended signal type: analog telephone voice

How to use

Insert the TAE-F connector into the matching TAE socket on your telephone or wall outlet and plug the RJ-45 connector into the corresponding jack on your telephony device or adapter. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish a secure electrical contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; for fixed installations, secure the cable with cable clips or ties at intervals to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large power transformers or unshielded mains wiring. Use the 2 m length for short runs; if a longer connection is needed, select a longer cable rather than combining multiple short cables to minimize potential signal loss.
