Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks BS70090-6/6 10 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS70090-6/6 10 m Black telephone cable is a 10‑metre connection lead with RJ12 plugs on both ends designed for analog and digital telephony equipment. It provides a stable wired link between handsets, base stations and wall sockets, supporting clear voice transmission and predictable signal behaviour. The cable’s black jacket and flexible construction enable discreet routing along walls, under desks or through cable channels in home and office environments.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a standardized RJ12 interface with a length suitable for flexible device placement, reducing the need for extension adapters. The durable outer sheath resists everyday wear and bending, while the moulded connectors offer a reliable mechanical fit and contact stability. Its neutral black colour integrates with most interiors and reduces visual clutter when installed in visible areas.

Suitable for

• Connecting desk telephones to wall sockets
• Linking cordless base stations to landline points
• Replacing worn or damaged telephone leads
• Temporary or permanent wiring in small offices and home offices

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 metres
• Connector type: RJ12 on both ends
• Colour: black
• Conductor arrangement: multi‑pair telephone cable suitable for voice signals
• Sheath: flexible PVC or similar flexible insulating jacket

How to use

Connect one RJ12 plug to the telephone handset or base unit and the other to the wall socket or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the mechanical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; leave some slack near connection points to prevent strain. For installation through conduits or under carpets, check that the cable’s diameter is compatible with available space and avoid running parallel to high‑voltage power lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

Inspect connectors periodically for dirt or damage and replace the cable if the plug latch becomes loose or contacts corrode. For long runs or installations in electrically noisy environments consider using dedicated telephone wiring or routed conduits to preserve signal quality.
