Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks BS70230 10 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS70230 10m Black telephone cable delivers a straightforward wired connection for landline phones and compatible telephony devices. With RJ-11 connectors on both ends and a 10-metre length, the cable provides extended reach for home or office installations while maintaining consistent signal transmission and voice clarity. Its black jacket and flexible construction allow discreet routing along walls, under desks, or through cable management channels.

Advantages

The cable offers a reliable physical connection that does not depend on wireless coverage or batteries, ensuring consistent voice quality and low signal attenuation over the supplied 10 m length. The RJ-11 terminations are widely compatible with standard telephone sockets and telephony equipment. The black outer sheath resists everyday wear and blends with typical office and home interiors, while the flexible design simplifies installation and repositioning without kinking.

Suitable for

• Connecting a landline telephone to a wall socket or PBX
• Extending an existing phone line within a room or between adjacent rooms
• Use with fax machines, POS terminals, or other devices using RJ-11 connections
• Temporary or permanent installations in homes, small offices, and reception areas

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 metres
• Connector type: RJ-11 on both ends
• Outer colour: Black
• Conductor type: copper core (standard telephony wiring)
• Jacket: flexible PVC for ease of routing

How to use

Plug one RJ-11 connector into the telephone device and the other into the wall socket, PBX outlet, or compatible terminal. Route the cable along skirting boards, under desks, or through cable channels to minimize tripping hazards and visual impact. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure proper contact. For longer runs, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling to maintain conductor integrity and signal quality.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the telephone cable parallel to high-voltage power cables for long distances to reduce potential interference. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if the jacket or contacts show wear. Use cable clips or ties to secure the cable in fixed installations and keep it away from heat sources.
