Good to know

The microphone draws power directly from your iOS device, so no external power source is needed. It works instantly with any app that uses the built-in microphone, including Camera, Voice Memos, and third-party recording apps. The omnidirectional pickup is also great for capturing ambient soundscapes or room tone. For best results, position the microphone within 30 cm of the sound source and use the windscreen when recording outdoors.
