Punossukka DeLOCK 18910 5 m x 16 mm musta

The DeLOCK Braided Sleeving 18910 is a self-closing protective sleeve, 5 m long and 16 mm in diameter, designed to bundle and protect cables, wires or electrical tubes from dirt and damage while providing a neat appearance. Made of polyester and finished in black, the sleeving accommodates a maximum diameter of 1.6 cm and is suitable for organising cables at home, in the office or in equipment installations.

Advantages

The polyester braided construction offers flexibility and abrasion resistance while remaining lightweight. The self-closing design makes installation quick and reduces the need for additional fasteners. Its 5 m length and 16 mm diameter make it suitable for grouping multiple small cables or protecting single medium-size leads without adding significant bulk.

Suitable for

• Cable management behind desks and entertainment centres
• Bundling power and data cables in office environments
• Protecting wires in electronic equipment or DIY projects
• Routing and tidying cable runs in workshops or server cabinets

How to use

Cut the braided sleeving to the required length with scissors. Splay open the end of the sleeving and insert the cables or wires, then allow the braid to contract around the bundle. For a secure finish, trim any excess material and, if needed, secure each end with heat-shrink tubing, cable ties or adhesive tape according to the installation requirements.

Recommendations

Use the sleeving within its intended diameter range and avoid sharp bends that could stress the cables. For applications requiring water or flame resistance, verify suitability or use additional protective measures. Store the sleeving in a dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain material properties.
