Punossukka DeLOCK 20824 1 m x 20 mm harmaa

The DeLOCK Braided Sleeve 20824 is a grey polyester protective sleeve measuring 1 m in length and 20 mm in outer diameter (inner diameter approx. 15 mm). It is designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, wires and electrical tubes from dirt, abrasion and thermal stress. The sleeve resists temperatures from -50 °C to 150 °C and combines flexibility with durable abrasion resistance for cable management in various environments.

Advantages

The integrated zip fastener enables quick and repeatable installation and removal of cables without needing to thread each cable through the sleeve. Made of heat-resistant polyester, the sleeving provides reliable protection against wear and mechanical abrasion while remaining flexible for routing and bends. Its neutral grey colour fits professional and domestic installations.

Suitable for

• Bundling power, data and signal cables
• Protecting wiring in workshops, server rooms and home entertainment setups
• Organising cables in automotive and industrial applications where heat resistance is required

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20824
• EAN: 4043619208241
• Material: Polyester
• Colour: Grey
• Length: 1 m

How to use

Open the integrated zip fastener, place the sleeve around the cable bundle and close the zip to secure the sleeving in place. The zip fastener allows adding or removing cables without cutting the sleeve. Route the sleeved cables as needed and secure the ends with suitable clamps or heat-shrink tubing if additional strain relief or sealing is required.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp edges and excessive mechanical stress on the sleeving; if cables will be exposed to oils or chemicals, verify chemical compatibility of polyester. When routing near heat sources, leave sufficient clearance and check regularly for signs of wear.
