• Securing components for gluing and assembly
• Temporary positioning during measurement and marking
• Use in home workshops, professional carpentry and light metalwork

Key specifications

• Weight: 600 g
• Type: hand-operated clamp
• Primary function: temporary holding and securing of workpieces
• Construction: durable metal components with workshop-grade finish
• Operation: manual adjustment and quick-release mechanism

How to use

Place the clamp jaws around the workpiece ensuring even contact on the surfaces to be secured. Adjust the clamp until the desired pressure is achieved, using the manual adjustment mechanism to fine-tune holding force. Confirm that the workpiece is stable before beginning cutting, sanding or joining operations. To release, operate the quick-release mechanism and remove the clamp from the workpiece. Regular inspection of moving parts and contact surfaces helps maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use the clamp on clean, flat contact surfaces and avoid over-tightening which can damage delicate materials. Periodically clean and lightly lubricate pivot points to ensure smooth adjustment and long service life.
