Puutarhaletku Gardena 18022-20 20 m maanpäällinen PVC harmaa oranssi

The Gardena 18022-20 20 m Above Ground PVC Grey Orange garden hose is a 20‑metre watering hose designed for above‑ground use. Constructed from PVC, the hose combines light weight and flexibility to facilitate easy handling, winding and storage. The grey and orange color scheme provides clear visibility in the garden and a modern appearance among watering accessories. The hose is intended for general garden watering tasks and outdoor use with standard tap fittings and quick connectors.

Advantages

The PVC construction ensures a balance of durability and pliability, making the hose resistant to kinks during normal use while remaining easy to move across flowerbeds and lawns. Its 20 m length covers medium‑sized gardens without the need for frequent repositioning. The visible grey and orange design improves safety by reducing tripping risk and simplifies locating the hose when stored outdoors. Lightweight material makes attachment to taps and connectors straightforward and reduces strain when carrying or coiling the hose.

Suitable for

• Watering lawns, flower beds and shrubs in home gardens
• Connecting to a garden tap with standard connectors for manual watering
• Light outdoor cleaning tasks such as rinsing patios and garden furniture
• Use with a watering lance or spray nozzle for plant care

Key specifications

• Length: 20 metres
• Material: PVC
• Installation type: above‑ground use
• Color: grey and orange
• Characteristics: lightweight, flexible, kink‑resistant under normal conditions

How to use

Unroll the hose fully before use to minimize twists. Connect one end to the garden tap using the appropriate connector or adapter and secure the connection to prevent leaks. Attach a spray nozzle, watering lance or sprinkler to the free end as required. Move the hose across the area to be watered, avoiding sharp bends that could impede water flow. After use, drain remaining water from the hose, coil it neatly and store it in a shaded, frost‑free place to prolong service life.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid leaving the hose pressurized when not in use and protect it from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. Rinse debris from the inside occasionally and inspect connectors for wear. Use appropriate fittings compatible with PVC hoses and avoid dragging the hose over sharp edges to reduce abrasion.
