PV-kombinaattorikotelo CNC NV822553 DC 10 in - 10 out IP66

PV combiner box CNC NV822553 is a DC junction enclosure for photovoltaic systems with 10 inputs and 10 outputs, rated IP66 for dust and water protection. The polycarbonate housing (528 x 458 x 358 mm) is UV resistant and V0 flame-retardant, and the unit integrates MC4 connectors, surge protection devices and lockable DC switches to centralize string connections and enhance safety and maintainability in outdoor solar installations.

Advantages

The CNC NV822553 provides consolidated string termination for 10-in/10-out PV arrays, built-in DC surge protection (1000 V, 40 kA per SPD) and four lockable 1000 V/50 A DC switches with patented arc extinguishing chambers. The enclosure meets IP66 and IEC60529 standards, offers flame retardancy (UL94 V0), and supports a wide operating temperature range (-20 °C to +60 °C). Compact dimensions and standardized cable gland sizes simplify installation and cable management.

How to use

Mount the PV combiner box on a suitable outdoor surface following local electrical codes and ensure the enclosure is positioned to avoid water pooling. Terminate each PV string using the provided MC4-compatible connections and route cables through the specified PG09/PG21 glands. Connect the combined outputs as required to the inverter or downstream DC protection. Use the lockable DC switches for isolating strings during maintenance and verify correct SPD connections to ensure surge protection is active. Commissioning should include continuity, polarity and insulation resistance checks before energizing the array.

Recommendations

Inspect cable terminations and gland seals periodically and replace SPDs after they operate or if their rated capacity is exceeded. Ensure switches are locked out during service, and follow manufacturer installation instructions and applicable standards for DC systems.
