Pyörösaha SKIL SAW CIRCULAR 1400W 1054AA

The SKIL Circular Saw 1400W 1054AA is a corded electric saw designed for accurate straight cuts in wood and similar materials. Equipped with a 1400 W motor and a 190 mm blade, this circular saw balances cutting power and maneuverability. Adjustable cutting depth and bevel angle allow adaptation to a variety of jobs, while the lightweight casing and ergonomic handle reduce user fatigue during prolonged use. The tool is intended for situations requiring repeatable, clean crosscuts and rip cuts on construction, renovation and carpentry tasks.

Advantages

The high-power 1400 W motor delivers consistent cutting performance for dense timber and sheet materials. A 190 mm blade size provides an effective cutting diameter that supports common depth requirements for structural and finishing work. The saw's adjustable depth and bevel settings increase versatility, enabling angled cuts up to typical bevel limits and precise depth control for through-cuts and partial-depth grooves. Ergonomic design and relatively low weight improve handling and control, contributing to safer, straighter cuts.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping softwood and hardwood boards
• Cutting plywood, MDF and other panel materials
• On-site carpentry and renovation tasks
• Joining and trimming work for furniture and fixtures

Key specifications

• Rated power: 1400 W
• Blade diameter: 190 mm
• Adjustable cutting depth for variable material thickness
• Bevel/angle adjustment for angled cuts
• Corded mains power for continuous operation
• Ergonomic handle and compact, lightweight housing

How to use

Secure the workpiece on a stable surface and mark the cut line. Fit a blade appropriate for the material and ensure the blade guard and all covers are in place. Adjust the cutting depth so the blade extends slightly beyond the material thickness and set the bevel angle if an angled cut is required. Hold the saw firmly with both hands, align the saw base with the cut line, start the motor and allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the cut. Feed the saw steadily along the guide line without forcing it; let the motor and blade perform the work. After completing the cut, release the trigger and wait for the blade to stop before setting the tool down.

Recommendations

Use blades rated for the material being cut and inspect blades regularly for damage. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as eye and hearing protection, and follow electrical safety practices for corded tools. For improved accuracy, use a straightedge guide or a clamped fence when making long rip cuts. Maintain the tool by keeping vents clear of dust and checking the power cord for damage before each use.
