pyörösahanterä Bosch 2 608 837 686 — 165 mm halkaisija, 20 mm reikä, puulle, 1 kpl

The Bosch circular saw blade 2 608 837 686 is a 165 mm diameter blade with a 20 mm bore designed for cutting wood. Supplied as a single blade, it fits circular saws and cordless saws that accept a 20 mm arbor and is intended for dry cutting of various wooden boards and panels. The blade geometry and tooth set are optimised for both crosscuts and rip cuts, providing precise dimensioning and clean cut surfaces when used at the correct speeds and with appropriate feed rates.

Advantages

This Bosch blade offers a balance of cutting speed and finish quality suitable for general woodworking tasks. The 165 mm diameter provides a good compromise between compact tool size and cutting depth, while the 20 mm bore ensures compatibility with a wide range of handheld circular saws and cordless models. Designed for dry cutting, the blade contributes to efficient battery use on cordless saws by reducing cutting resistance. The single-piece supply makes it straightforward to replace worn or damaged blades.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting softwood and hardwood boards
• Rip cutting lumber and dimensional timber
• Cutting plywood, MDF and particleboard sheets
• Portable circular saws and cordless saws with a 20 mm arbor

Key specifications

• Blade diameter: 165 mm
• Bore (arbor) diameter: 20 mm
• Material suitability: designed for wood
• Pack quantity: 1 blade
• Intended cutting method: dry cutting

How to use

Install the blade on a circular saw that accepts a 20 mm arbor, ensuring the blade is mounted in the correct rotation direction and the saw is disconnected from power or the battery is removed during fitting. Tighten the arbor flange to the manufacturer's recommended torque. Adjust saw speed and depth of cut according to material thickness and type, and support the workpiece to minimise vibration. Feed the saw steadily and avoid excessive force; allow the blade to cut at its own pace for the best balance of finish and blade life.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection and a dust mask. For best results on veneered panels or melamine-faced boards, use a sacrificial backing board to reduce blowout. Inspect the blade before each use and replace it if teeth are chipped or damaged. Store the blade in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
