HERMA QR code labels 9642 are self-adhesive square labels made from white matt opaque paper, sized 40 x 40 mm. Each A4 sheet contains 24 labels and the pack includes 25 sheets (600 labels). The labels are fully opaque for reliable scanning, compatible with laser and inkjet printers, copiers and colour printers, and manufactured from chlorine-free bleached paper with a solvent-free adhesive. Advantages

The opaque paper ensures that QR codes and printed data remain fully legible even on coloured or patterned surfaces. Good printer compatibility delivers consistent print quality across laser printers, inkjet printers, copiers and colour devices. The solvent-free adhesive and high flatness allow trouble-free feed and processing in standard office printers and cutters. Materials are recyclable and made from chlorine-free bleached paper.

How to use

Prepare your QR code or other design in the software of your choice sized to 40 x 40 mm and set the printer to the correct A4 sheet and media type. Load the Herma 9642 sheets into the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s feeding instructions and print a test sheet to confirm alignment. After printing, peel labels from the carrier and apply them to clean, dry surfaces, pressing firmly to ensure full adhesion.

Recommendations

Store sheets flat in a dry environment before printing. For best scanning results, do not cover the QR code with varnish or transparent films that create reflections; test printed codes on the intended substrate and scanner type.
