How to use

Install the panel by aligning it with the front rack rails in the desired 2U position and secure it with appropriate rack screws or captive nuts. The flat panel can be used as a blanking plate to cover unused space or as a mounting surface for small accessories and custom brackets. Ensure the panel is fastened firmly to avoid rattling or movement during operation and to maintain proper airflow and cable routing within the rack.

Recommendations

For optimal rack airflow and equipment cooling, use the panel to close gaps adjacent to airflow-sensitive devices and combine it with vented panels where active cooling is required. Use anti-vibration fastening if the rack is transported frequently, and choose compatible rack screws or cage nuts appropriate for your cabinet's rail type.
