Cobi Construction Toy DR BR 52 steam locomotive scale 1:35 model kit is a buildable replica of the BR 52 steam engine presented at 1:35 scale. The set contains construction-grade bricks and specialized parts from Cobi that recreate the locomotive’s external contours, boiler, cab and tender. Designed for assembly, the kit yields a display-ready model suitable for shelf display, dioramas or further customization by model enthusiasts.

Advantages

The kit combines precise molded elements with modular bricks to deliver accurate proportions and recognizable details of the BR 52 locomotive. Parts are compatible with standard Cobi systems to allow integration with other sets or custom modifications. Durable plastic components ensure long-term stability after assembly while the scale 1:35 format balances visible detail with manageable size for handling and display.

• Model builders looking for a historically inspired steam locomotive kit
• Collectors seeking a displayable 1:35 scale locomotive
• Hobbyists who assemble and customize brick-based models

How to use

Follow the printed assembly instructions included in the box to identify and fit individual bricks and specialized parts in sequence. Work on a flat, well-lit surface and sort pieces by shape or color before beginning each stage. Assemble subassemblies such as the chassis, boiler and tender separately, then join them according to the instructions to complete the locomotive model. After assembly, position the finished model on a stable display surface or incorporate it into a diorama or rail layout.

Recommendations

Use standard model-care practices: handle the finished model with clean hands, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and store or display the model in a dust-protected area. For adjustments or custom painting, test paints and adhesives on spare parts first. Small parts present a choking risk for young children; the kit is intended for hobbyists and collectors.
