RAM Mounts X-Grip Large -puhelinteline moottoripyörän ohjaustankopuristin musta

The RAM Mounts X-Grip Large Phone Mount for motorcycle handlebars features a handlebar clamp base with M8 threads, a double socket arm and a spring-loaded universal X-Grip cradle. The mount replaces one M8 bolt on the handlebar clamp to position the device centrally and uses RAM's B-size 1" diameter rubber ball-and-socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm for a wide range of viewing angles. The X-Grip cradle expands and contracts to accommodate phones and phablets and includes a device tether for added security in outdoor use.

Advantages

The design provides stable, centered placement on motorcycle handlebars and offers near-infinite adjustment thanks to the dual socket-arm and rubber ball system. The spring-loaded X-Grip holds devices of varying widths securely without tools, and the included tether gives extra retention for outdoor and rough-road conditions. The mount is finished in black to match most motorcycle fittings.

Suitable for

• Securing smartphones and phablets on motorcycle handlebars
• Mounting a device in the center position of a handlebar clamp
• Outdoor riding where extra device retention is needed

Key specifications

• Mounting interface: handlebar clamp replacement for M8 bolt
• Ball size: RAM B (1 inch / 25 mm diameter)
• Arm type: double socket arm with adjustment at both ends
• Cradle type: spring-loaded X-Grip universal cradle
• Material/finish: black finish

How to use

Replace one M8 bolt head on your handlebar clamp with the mount's clamp base so the mount sits centered on the handlebars. Attach the double socket arm between the clamp base and the X-Grip cradle, then tighten the socket connections to set the rough position. Place your phone or phablet into the X-Grip cradle so the spring-loaded arms expand and hold the device securely; fit the tether if additional retention is required. Fine-tune the viewing angle by loosening the socket joints, positioning the device, and re-tightening.

Recommendations

Verify your phone’s overall dimensions including the case, sleeve or skin to ensure a proper fit in the X-Grip cradle. Regularly check and retighten fasteners after initial installation and after heavy use to maintain secure mounting.
