The Brook Gaming Ras1ution 2 Rennlenkrad-Konverter (model FM00010314) is an interface converter designed to enable compatibility between racing steering wheels and supported gaming platforms. It translates wheel signals and protocols so that steering wheels originally made for specific consoles or systems can be used across different platforms and in PC setups. The device is intended for sim racing environments where maintaining force feedback, button mapping, and pedal inputs is important while adapting legacy or cross-platform wheels.

Advantages

The converter preserves core wheel inputs and control functions while converting protocols, allowing a wider range of steering wheels to be used without altering the original hardware. It supports consistent signal translation aimed at minimizing input lag and preserving steering responsiveness. The compact interface is suitable for installation in home sim rigs or esports setups and simplifies integration of older or platform-specific wheels into modern gaming systems.

Suitable for

• Sim racing setups requiring cross-platform steering wheel compatibility
• Users integrating legacy or console-specific wheels into PC or other consoles
• Home racing rigs and esports practice stations where multiple wheel types are used

Key specifications

• Function: protocol/interface conversion for racing steering wheels
• Compatibility: designed to work with supported wheels and gaming platforms (refer to manufacturer compatibility list)
• Connections: input and output ports for steering wheel and host device (wired)
• Signal handling: preserves steering, button inputs, and pedal signals during conversion
• Form factor: compact adapter suitable for mounting or placement near a sim rig

How to use

Connect the steering wheel to the converter input using the wheel’s original cable, then connect the converter output to the target console or PC according to the supplied connection diagram. Power up the host device and the wheel; the converter will translate the wheel signals to the target platform. Follow any calibration or controller recognition steps required by the host system to ensure correct button mapping and pedal response. Consult the manufacturer’s compatibility instructions for any platform-specific settings or firmware updates.

Recommendations

Use the Brook Gaming Ras1ution 2 with compatible wheels and platforms listed by the manufacturer, keep the converter firmware up to date when updates are provided, and perform wheel calibration on the host system after connecting. For optimal performance, use quality shielded cables and ensure firm physical connections to reduce signal interruptions.
