REBEL Active harjoittelumatto 190x115x2 cm NBR musta joogaan, pilatekseen, kuntoiluun

Spread this mat on the floor of your home studio or gym and get ready for a session that keeps your joints comfortable from warm-up to final stretch. The 2 cm thick NBR foam cushions your knees, wrists, and spine during planks, lunges, and seated poses, while the non-slip surface helps you hold positions without sliding. At 190 x 115 cm, it gives you extra room to move through full-body flows, Pilates sequences, or high-intensity intervals without stepping off the mat.

Why choose it

The extra thickness sets this mat apart from standard 4–6 mm yoga mats. It absorbs impact during jumps, burpees, and kneeling exercises, reducing fatigue and pressure on sensitive joints. The dense NBR foam bounces back after every session, so the mat keeps its shape and cushioning over time. Because it is latex-free, it is a safe choice for anyone with latex allergies, and the closed-cell surface repels sweat and moisture, making cleanup quick and simple.

Ideal use cases

• Daily yoga and stretching routines at home
• Pilates mat work and core training
• General fitness, bodyweight exercises, and floor workouts
• Rehabilitation and physical therapy exercises
• Use in gyms, studios, or at home on hard floors

Good to know

The mat rolls up easily and includes a carrying strap, so you can store it in a closet or take it to class without hassle. For best results, unroll it and let it lie flat for a few hours before first use. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals. Keep away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to prolong its life.
