How to use

Position the bench on a level surface and set the back support to the desired angle for your exercise. Place the barbell on the integrated stands at a comfortable height for unracking and reracking. Lie back on the padded surface with feet planted on the floor, grip the bar with a secure, even hold and perform controlled press and lowering motions. After completing a set, carefully rerack the barbell on the stands before exiting the bench area.

Recommendations

Inspect the bench and stands for secure fastening and stability before each use; ensure the area around the bench is clear of obstacles. Use appropriate weight increments and a spotter when handling heavier loads. Regularly check padding and frame connections and tighten bolts as needed to maintain safe operation.
