Rengaskansio Hama 00007546 musta harmaa D-rengas 327 mm 309 mm

The Hama ring binder with D-ring design provides practical document storage in a compact format. With an outer width of 327mm and depth of 309mm, this black and grey binder is designed to hold punched papers securely while maintaining a slim profile suitable for shelves and filing systems. The D-ring mechanism helps keep pages aligned and reduces wear compared with round-ring binders, making it suitable for frequent reference and organized archiving.

Advantages

The D-ring fitting distributes pages evenly and maximizes usable capacity, reducing bending at the binder edge. The rigid cover and spine maintain shape under load, while the neutral black and grey finish fits professional or home office environments. The binder’s dimensions are optimized for standard punched documents and allow neat stacking on shelves or in cabinets.

Suitable for

• Organizing office and home paperwork
• Storing training manuals, reports, and project files
• Archiving invoices, contracts, and reference documents
• Using in schools, libraries, and administrative departments

Key specifications

• D-ring mechanism for improved page alignment
• Outer width: 327 mm
• Outer depth: 309 mm
• Color: black and grey
• Sturdy cover and spine for long-term use

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched documents so that holes align with the rings. Close the rings securely to prevent pages from slipping. When removing or rearranging pages, open the rings fully to avoid tearing paper. Store the binder upright on a shelf or lay flat under moderate weight to preserve the cover shape.

Recommendations

For best results, use standard punched paper (e.g., 2- or 4-hole depending on local standards) and avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s capacity. Label the spine or front cover for quick identification and keep frequently used documents near the front for easier access.
