Rengaskansio Herlitz maX.file A4 oranssi

The Herlitz maX.file A4 ring binder in orange is designed to store and organize A4 documents with a robust D-ring mechanism. Constructed for regular office and home use, this binder offers a tall spine to accommodate a larger quantity of papers than standard binders. The bright orange cover makes it easy to locate among other folders while providing a durable exterior that protects contents from light wear and bending.

Advantages

The D-ring closure provides secure, even distribution of pages and reduces curvature at the binding edge, helping documents lie flatter and stay in order. The binder’s reinforced spine and rigid covers offer stability when stacked or shelved, and the visible orange finish aids fast identification. Materials are selected for repeated opening and closing cycles, ensuring reliable use over time.

Suitable for

• Archiving and organizing A4 documents in offices and home workspaces
• Project files, reports and presentations that require frequent access
• Storage of manuals, catalogs and training materials
• Color-coded filing systems where quick visual identification is needed

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for secure page retention
• Cover: rigid, durable front and back covers
• Spine height: 800 mm to accommodate larger document stacks
• Color: orange for easy visual identification

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism using the lever or tab provided and insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings. Close the rings until they click to ensure pages are secured. For best results, align holes on documents before placing them on the rings and distribute pages evenly across the D-ring to maintain balanced closure and reduce stress on the paper. Place the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a box depending on storage space.

Recommendations

Store the binder away from direct sunlight and damp environments to preserve cover materials and paper quality. Use dividers or labeled separators to organize sections within the binder and avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity for the D-ring to prevent deformation.
