Ristikkopuristin EUROLITE 58011090, kantavuus 3000 kg, musta

EUROLITE 58011090 truss clamp is a black, heavy-duty rigging clamp designed for secure attachment to modular truss systems. With a rated load capacity of 3000 kg, the clamp provides a mechanical connection point for lighting fixtures, speakers and other stage equipment. Its solid construction and simple tightening mechanism make it suitable for repeated use in touring, theatre and permanent venue installations where reliable holding and safety are required.

Advantages

The clamp combines a high load capacity with a compact design that fits standard truss profiles. A robust body and corrosion-resistant finish contribute to long-term durability when used in indoor and protected outdoor environments. The device is engineered for quick mounting and provides a consistent locking force to reduce the risk of slippage under load. Its neutral black colour integrates unobtrusively into stage setups.

How to use

Position the clamp on the desired truss chord, orienting the clamp so the load will sit securely within the body. Tighten the clamp’s fastening mechanism to the manufacturer’s recommended torque or until the clamp is firmly seated against the truss surface. Attach the fixture or accessory using appropriate hardware such as eyebolts, shackles or safety cables rated for the intended load. Always follow the fixture manufacturer’s attachment requirements and ensure rigging hardware is compatible with the clamp and the applied forces.

Recommendations

Perform a visual inspection of the clamp before each use, checking for signs of deformation, cracks or excessive corrosion. Use certified load-rated hardware and safety cables, observe rated load limits, and have rigging installations planned and signed off by qualified personnel. For outdoor use, protect the clamp from prolonged exposure to harsh weather or salt environments to maintain performance.
