Rittal Reitersicherungselemente pack of 10 in RAL 7035 are standardized retention fittings designed for use with compatible Rittal industrial enclosures and control panels. Supplied as a set of ten identical securing elements, they serve as mechanical retention points for doors, panels and interior components in electrical cabinets. The light gray RAL 7035 finish matches common enclosure colors used in industrial and commercial installations and helps maintain a uniform appearance across assemblies.

Advantages

These retention elements provide consistent mechanical fixation, simplifying assembly and ensuring repeatable positioning of panels and components. Manufactured to fit Rittal mounting systems, they reduce fabrication time by eliminating the need for custom fasteners. The neutral RAL 7035 color improves visual integration with typical enclosure surfaces while offering a durable surface suitable for industrial environments.

How to use

Install each retention element at the designated mounting position within the enclosure or on the panel, ensuring alignment with corresponding mating features on doors or components. Use the appropriate fasteners or mounting holes provided in the enclosure system; tighten to the recommended torque for the enclosure hardware to avoid deformation. Verify that panels open, close and latch correctly after installation and adjust positions as needed to achieve secure retention and smooth operation.

Recommendations

Choose mounting locations that provide even load distribution and avoid placing all retention points in a single line where mechanical stress could concentrate. Inspect fittings periodically for secure seating and corrosion if used in harsh environments; replace any damaged elements promptly to maintain enclosure integrity.
