The Roadinger flight case for LCD ZL60 is a hard protective transport and storage solution designed specifically for LCD ZL60 displays. With external dimensions of 390 x 1490 x 1075 mm, the case provides a rigid shell and internal protection to reduce impact and vibration during transit. It is intended for professionals who move displays between venues, studios, or event locations and need organized, secure handling and temporary storage while installing or transporting equipment.

Advantages

The case combines a reinforced outer construction with internal padding and fitted supports to minimise movement and absorb shocks. How to use

Place the LCD ZL60 display into the case following the internal supports and padding orientation so the display sits securely without excess movement. Close the lid and engage all latches; if the latches are lockable, apply locks to prevent accidental opening during transit. Use the recessed handles when lifting and, where possible, transport with two people or mechanical assistance to avoid strain and reduce the risk of dropping. For storage, stack cases in a stable configuration and avoid placing heavy items on top of the case.

Recommendations

Inspect the internal padding and latches before each trip, replace worn protective inserts as needed, and secure locks during freight. When transporting on vehicles, fasten the case to prevent shifting and avoid exposure to prolonged moisture to preserve materials and internal protection.
