ROADINGER Rack Profi 4HE 45 cm 19 tuuman flight case -rack (30109100)

When a touring band, rental company or fixed installation needs to move four units of 19" gear between venues without re-racking it each time, a proper flight case does the job. The ROADINGER Rack Profi 4HE 45cm is a 4U rack case built from 7 mm multi-layer glued plywood with a black laminated finish, removable front and rear lids and two pairs of mounting rails — so amplifiers, effects units, wireless receivers or power distribution can stay wired and protected in transit.

Key specifications

• 4 rack units (4 HE) of usable 19" installation space
• 450 mm installation depth for standard rack equipment
• 19" rack standard (483 mm) with two pairs of mounting rails, front and rear
• 7 mm multi-layer glued plywood construction, black laminated surface
• 2 chrome-plated butterfly latches and 2 chrome-plated case handles
• Chrome-plated ball corners for impact protection
• 4 rubber feet for stable standing operation
• Removable front and rear lids for quick access and cabling
• Rack screws included (M6 cage nuts and screws)
• Flight case construction type, black colour

Why choose it

The removable front and rear lids mean you can leave equipment permanently mounted and simply open both sides at the gig — no de-racking, no re-patching. Two pairs of rails give front and rear support, which matters for heavier power amps and older valve gear that would otherwise stress a single rail set. The plywood shell, ball corners, butterfly latches and chrome handles are the classic touring formula: rigid, stackable and easy to lift with two people.

Ideal use cases

• Touring bands carrying amps, effects and wireless systems
• Rental and event companies needing a compact 4U transport rack
• DJs and mobile entertainers with mixers, players and controllers
• Fixed installations such as churches, clubs and studios where a lockable, dust-protected rack is useful
• Service technicians transporting measurement or network gear

Good to know

Check your deepest device against the 450 mm installation depth before mounting, and allow a little room for rear connectors and cable bends. The case ships with M6 cage nuts and screws, so most 19" units can be fitted straight away; a screwdriver and a second pair of hands are all you need for the initial rack-up.
