Rommelsbacher MZ 600 sähköinen silppuri — 2 L lasikulho, 600 W, ruostumaton teräsrunko, 22 nopeutta, 6 terää

The Rommelsbacher MZ 600 is an electric food chopper designed for household kitchens that need larger capacity and precise control. It combines a 2 L robust glass bowl with a 600 W motor and a stainless steel housing to deliver reliable performance for chopping, pureeing, slicing and mixing. The unit integrates a six-blade stainless steel knife assembly and 22-stage speed control to adapt processing intensity to ingredients from soft herbs to harder nuts. Safety interlocks, overheating protection and an anti-slip ring support secure operation; removable components are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

Advantages

The glass bowl provides a clear view of the contents while resisting staining and odor retention. A 600 W motor offers consistent power for continuous or intermittent processing, and the stainless steel housing contributes to durability and simple maintenance. The six-blade knife unit improves cutting efficiency and produces uniform results, while the 22-speed setting enables fine adjustment of texture from coarse chop to smooth puree. Built-in safety features such as interlocks and thermal protection reduce operational risks, and dishwasher-safe parts simplify post-use cleaning.

Suitable for

• Preparing salads, salsas and vegetable mixes
• Making dips, pestos, hummus and spreads
• Chopping nuts and hard ingredients for baking
• Processing meat for patties and fillings
• Pureeing soups and blending sauces

How to use

Place the glass bowl on a stable, flat surface and ensure the anti-slip ring is engaged. Fit the six-blade knife assembly onto the drive shaft and add ingredients without overfilling the bowl. Close the lid and make sure safety interlocks engage before switching on the appliance. Start at a low speed and increase through the 22-stage control to reach the desired texture; use short pulses for coarse chopping and longer runs for purees. After use, disconnect from the power supply, allow the motor to cool if overheating protection has activated, disassemble removable parts and clean them according to the care instructions.

Recommendations

The appliance is intended for household food preparation. Do not operate the chopper with a damaged cord or plug and avoid continuous operation beyond recommended duty cycles to prevent motor overheating. Cut larger items into smaller pieces before processing and avoid filling the bowl above the maximum capacity to maintain consistent results and safe operation.
