How to use

Use the appropriate saucepan size for the amount of food being prepared. Preheat gently and avoid using metal utensils to prolong the life of the non-stick coating. Cook at moderate temperatures for best results and place the tempered glass lid on the pan to retain heat and moisture when required. After use, allow the pans to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

Hand washing is recommended to extend non-stick performance, though the pans are described as dishwasher safe. Avoid overheating an empty pan and do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the coating.
